Terms & Conditions for Consigning with Celebs: I understand that items left for consignment with Celebs will be consigned for a period of 60 days starting the day the inventory is put on the floor. Prices will be set by Celebs, and are based on supply and demand. I will receive 40% of the selling price for all items consigned with Celebs less taxes & buyers fee. Shoppers pay a "buyers fee" on every item in the store, which is not split with the consignor. I understand that Celebs will make every effort to sell my items for me at the best price, but that Celebs makes no guarantee that any of my items will sell in the contract period. Markdowns and periodic sales are at Celebs discretion. I understand it is my responsibility to collect any money owing to me for goods sold within 6 months from the consignment expiry date. Accounts left dormant after the 6 months will forfeit all proceeds to Celebs. Please come in to collect your money via cash, or store credit. Photo identification MUST be presented to obtain payment. Celebs is NOT LIABLE for LOSS of consigned articles through FIRE, THEFT, VANDALISM, NATURAL DISASTER or in-store DAMAGE. By agreeing to this contract, I agree to all the terms and certify that I own the items brought in for consignment with all the rights to sell such items.
